You can view each form as web page by clicking the appropriate icon, but if you intend to print the form off please down load either a Word document or an Acrobat PDF file. Do this by right clicking on the icon and selecting 'Save Target As' then 'Save to Disk', your PC will then copy the file to your hard drive.

The Microsoft Word documents are formatted for PC, but are version 6.0/95 allowing most Word users access. The adobe acrobat files may be used by PC or Macintosh computers using the free Acrobat Reader which is easily downloadable from Adobe's web site - click the Adobe icon above.
