After School Club
The Mews After School club runs from 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday during school term times. We make provision for children aged between 4 and 11, and pick from the following local schools:

Bathwick St Mary's School
Widcombe Infants School
Widcombe Junior School
St Johns RC School
Other Schools subject to demand

Rather than being bused to the setting, children are picked up by Mews escorts in strict child/adult ratio, and walked back to the Mews via a planned safe route. Better for children and the planet.

A team of play leaders and mews playworkers supervise the use of various games and equipment, and children are encouraged to decide for themselves the best way to use this out-of-school time. This may include getting on with homework, creating arts and crafts, cooking using the children's kitchen, playing traditional or computer games with children from different schools, or using outdoor equipment in Henrietta Park.

Holiday Club
If there is sufficient demand, The Mews Holiday Club operates during the Christmas, Easter, Summer, and Half-term breaks and during some In-Service days. A wide range of exciting activities devised by a part-time play leader ensures that children are engaged and happy.

We have decided not run this provision in 2010, but are considering running it 2011/12 should parent demand permit.
