About the After School Club Fees
All the above charges include afternoon snacks.

Fees are payable at all times strictly one month in advance and are due on the 1st of the month by Direct Debit. Payment for the first month's fee is payable by cheque on the child's first day. Failure to meet these stipulations will result in the termination of the place allocated to your child.

If there are places available on the day cash can be paid before the start of the session, however you are advised to book in advance to secure a place.

There are no reductions for Bank Holidays or Inset Days.

There are no reductions for cancelled sessions.

Registration Fee & Deposit
New applicants for places are required to register by sending a non-returnable fee of £25. When a place has been offered a deposit of £150 must be sent to secure a place in the After School Club, which is returnable only if 6 weeks notice is given in writing directly to the administrator.

After School Club & Admissions Criteria
Places will be agreed on the basis that the sessions are required for a minimum of one full term for the After School Club . This is subject to the admissions criteria for allocating places being met. Please ask the Mews staff for a copy of the latest Admissions Criteria if you have not read it
