About the Playclub Fees
All the above charges include morning and/or afternoon snacks.

Fees are payable strictly one month in advance by standing order for pre booked places.

If there are places available on the day cash can be paid before the start of the session, however you are advised to book in advance to secure a place.

There are no reductions for cancelled sessions.

Visits
Holiday Club visits outside the Mews are charged as extras, which include admission fees and transport costs. These charges are displayed in the Holiday Club Application Form and are subject to numbers. We reserve the right to alter the charges, within reason, to reflect costs.

Deposit
A deposit of £150 for the After School Club and the Summer Holiday Club is required to secure a place in advance, returnable only if 6 weeks notice is given in writing directly to the administrator.

After School Club & Admissions Criteria
Places will be agreed on the basis that the sessions are required for a minimum of one full term for the After School Club . This is subject to the admissions criteria for allocating places being met. Please ask the Mews staff for a copy of the Admissions Criteria if you have not read it
