About the Nursery & Pre-School Fees
All charges include morning and/or afternoon snacks.

A healthy lunch, prepared by the hotel, is included in all mid-day, daily & weekly rates.

There is no reduction to the above for Bank Holidays, inset days or absences.

Payment of Fees
Full fees are payable at all times strictly one month in advance and are due on the 1st of the month by standing order. Payment for the first month’s fee is payable by cheque on the child’s first day. Failure to meet these stipulations will result in the termination of the place allocated to your child.

Registration Fee
A £25 non-refundable registration fee is required to cover administration costs when applying for a place, and this must be received along with a fully completed application form before a place can be considered.

Deposit
A Standard Deposit of £250 (5 or more am or pm sessions) or a Part-Time Deposit of £150 (less than 5 am or pm sessions) is required to secure a place.

Notice of Changes to Place
Six weeks notice in writing is required to terminate or decrease sessions, including that of a child not settling into the nursery environment. Part of this maybe waived if the place is taken by another child within the six weeks period. If the appropriate notice has been given and accepted in writing, then the deposit will be refunded.

Bank Holidays & Inset Training Days
The Nursery & Play Clubs will be closed for Bank Holidays, one week at Christmas and two planned inset days. These will normally be the Fridays before February and August half-terms. In order to cover staff costs normal charges will apply for these dates, as they will if your child is absent for any reason.

Late Collections
Late collections are not acceptable parental practice under the terms of our registration.

Government Funded Sessions
The pre school sessions are registered through the DFEE, and funding is available for children aged 3 years plus, in accordance with DFEE rulings. Please read our additional terms & conditions found on the application forms and Parents Handbooks.
