First thing to remember is that this is a Word 2000 ONLY format, which means you can't use the Hotel network to print it from as that only has Word version 6. The handbook is split up into three A4 pages in Word. Word then splits each A4 page into two landscaped pages, creating 10 individual printable pages which are numbered 1 to 10 (The inside cover is not printed on so there are two pages less than 12!). Each page has a text box covering blank spacers which allow the page to exist, and additionally text boxes are linked by a flow control permiting the main body pages to adjust automatically and print in the correct sequence. Each side of A4 has been called a 'leaf' to aid printing and alignment. Page 1 & 2 Cover (no flow control) Excluded from Leaf system. Print on Green Card. Page 3 & 4 (Flow 8 & 1) Leaf 1 Page 5 & 6 (Flow 2 & 7) Leaf 2 Page 7 & 8 (Flow 6 & 3) Leaf 3 Page 9 & 10 (Flow 4 & 5) Leaf 4 Printing All Together: Print in the following sequence (three seperate runs).
